The project aims to develop new learning pathways for the new occupation E-Coach, which includes use of digital technologies in education, training and youth for teaching, learning, assessment and engagement.The E-coach project will describe a new occupation, which for organizations working with many youths, the title E-coach can be a position in itself or part of a job description. It will raise recognitions of youth workers, by developing new educational pathways and new innovative ways for working with youths. An educated E-Coach will reach vulnerable youths and support those having their main activities online and provide E-coaching for employability & personal development.
